ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of eight. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I had a background in sales and hospitality, including working with PSA leads and handling AV setups for conferences. After relocating to the area, I eventually made the move into agency ownership and haven’t looked back.

Outside of the office, I’m a big family person. I've been married for 15 years with three boys (14, 12, and 9), all named after Dodgers legends. I’m a huge baseball fan, especially of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and I love music as well. Earlier in life, I toured with bands and traveled all over, which sparked my passion for collecting and exploring new places. These days, I enjoy traveling with my family and making the most of that time together.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Randy Shoemaker - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
